“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world.
For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.
I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’
“Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink?
Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing?
When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’
“And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’

A Gift Given in Secret

Our ministry partners in an undisclosed location are in lockdown. But that did not stop them from bringing joy to children in need! A few months ago, we shared a goal to purchase a badminton set for these children. At first, the gift was delayed by flooding. Then again by lockdown. Our ministry partner writes:
“Praise God that the set of badminton was delivered safely. Children are very much happy to receive badminton. They enjoyed playing badminton in their leisure times.”

For merely $250 we have brought a world of joy to these young children who have little to call their own or enjoy in life. Please pray for these young souls as they grow in their knowledge of the Lord.

Breaking Our Hearts: The House of Salvation

Micah 6:8
No, O people, the Lord has told you what is good,
and this is what he requires of you:
to do what is right, to love mercy,
and to walk humbly with your God.
Ting Ministries needs your help! The stories should break our hearts. Our hearts should break for what breaks the heart of our Lord.
Story #1: Crippled by Polio
The two girls in the first photo live in this spot and in these positions. Polio has crippled them. Our Pastor in this region is taking them to see a doctor this week. The one young girl has legs that are “stuck” in this position up against her chest. Neither girl has any mobility. They need chairs that will fit their bodies appropriately and they need medical care. They are from a poor family so they have had no way to obtain any education. You can help them receive medical care, wheelchairs and some education from someone we hire to come to their home.
Story #2: Clean Water for Leprosy Victims
Ting Ministries needs your help to carry the clean water into the communities. We now have a clean water system and need help to purchase 300 jugs to give to poor families and those in the community of victims of leprosy.
Ting Ministries needs help to continue to provide food outreach to tribal groups and street children. The Gospel is going out with physical food.
Ting Ministries needs help as our Team is in process to rescue some children trapped in slavery situations. The Tin Tin House and Mei Mei house will provide a place to be loved and protected.
Story #3: The House of Salvation
Urgent need in Romania as Ting Ministries is growing and in need of a larger property to care for all the souls being saved. This House Dedicated to Salvation will be a haven for many. Not only are animals being rescued but the kindness and care of our team is making an impact on the lives of people. Their souls matter and it is our prayer that souls will be saved for eternity through coming to know our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Here are some precious pups recently rescued.

We put our hope in the Lord.
He is our help and our shield.
In him our hearts rejoice,
for we trust in his holy name.
Let your unfailing love surround us, Lord,
for our hope is in you alone.
Story #4: Plans for Release from Slave Labor
Many of the children pictured need their school needs met. Most do not have the money to send their children to school. The Ting Ministries Pastors are doing their best to meet the basic needs of everyone who contacts them. Help is needed to send needy children to school.
Our Pastor to the Brick Kiln is meeting with young children who desperately want to leave the brick kiln labor. There is a plan to help them find other work such as a factory where they will make shirts. Help is needed for each child and young adult wishing to leave the brick kiln. The only obstacle for our Pastor to help them is lack of money!
One father came to our Pastor to ask for his help to leave the brick kiln. His entire family works long hours each day making bricks. Yes even the toddler in his arms.
Every penny counts…do not think any gift for any need is too small!

Mei Mei House, Reaching Children in Slavery and Other June Projects

Our Filipino pastor and team need funds for the completion of the new home for at-risk girls named The Mei Mei house. The total needed for completion of the Mei Mei house is approximately $5,000. He said the cement that is needed to be poured is about $1,000 of that $5,000. The Tin Tin house for boys is nearly complete and ready to use.

Our team in the Philippines also asked us yesterday morning for help for orphans in Marawi. They are orphaned from the war with Abu Sayyaf ( ISIS) from a few years ago. They are in a Muslim camp and are in forced labor by the rebels. Many of them run away. Our team has been asked.to help with these orphans. This is why the completion of the Mei Mei and Tin Tin homes  are so important; these homes will provide shelter for these children rescued from slave labor.

Pakistan

The Brick Kiln Sunday School for children of the forced laborers continues. Praise God for His light going forth in the midst of grim and desperate circumstances. School materials (books, papers, pencils) are always needed for children who attend each week.

We are also helping with medical costs for this little boy with special needs.

Romania

Funds are needed to purchase and then send coloring books explaining the Gospel in Romanian to Cristina in Romania. We are slowing making inroads with children in the village.

We also have been building a pen for some of the rescued pups because of the volume of rescues and the need for a place to keep some separated, especially moms with puppies. We just had 5 go to the UK to families forever. Slowly through animal rescue in Romania the Gospel is being shared and praying for hearts to be changed 1 person at a time. As hearts change then better care of animals will also happen.

Surprise Children in South Asia with a Badminton Set! GOAL REACHED!

YOU are an answer to these children’s prayers! Thank you to those who have given – we are so pleased to announce we have REACHED our funding goal to purchase a SURPRISE badminton set! Children at the home in South Asia will LOVE their new gift! Here they are pictured praying together for Ting Ministries. Pictured below are children in South Asia who were excited to receive soap this past Christmas. How much more thrilled would they be to receive such an exciting gift? Dear friends, how much do we long to give good gifts to our children? These children have very few people who care for them. In letters, children will call their sponsor families “mom” and “dad.” Can you give 5 dollars to bless a child in poverty with a gift?
Our ministry partners have written to us, explaining how they would like to bless the children with a badminton set. Not only will this gift be a special surprise – but it will promote group learning, teamwork and exercise as well as fun!
Dear friends – these are the children at our ministry’s children’s home in South Asia* (country undisclosed for protection of ministry partners.) In the picture below, they are eating lunch together! We would like to surprise the children with a badminton set!
Sponsors often ask us “Can I send my sponsor child a gift?” While mailing things overseas presents many difficulties and we do not want to single children out or provoke jealousy or sadness among children who have sponsors and those currently waiting for sponsors, this is a perfect opportunity to show these precious children you are thinking of them! Our ministry partners have told us how much the children play outside and would love to play badminton – so, please consider helping us purchase a badminton set for them to play together!
These children have little to call their own, even sleeping on dirt floors with blankets provided by Ting Ministries and thankful for soap at Christmastime. They will be so thankful for this gift! To them, a badminton set is an amazing gift!
